Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, we offer a 12-hour grace period for all orders.

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. This includes modifications to:

• Item size or color

• Product quantity

• Shipping address

How to request a change:

To ensure your request is processed before production begins, please email us immediately at support@amyembery.us with the subject line: [URGENT] Order Change/Cancellation # (Your Order Number).

Important Note:

Outside the 12-hour deadline, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify your order. At this stage, your order has already been moved into our automated production system or is being prepared for shipment.

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be rerouted or stopped. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our fast fulfillment times.
