ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

At ZINPRINT, we strive to process and fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. Because our apparel is often printed or prepared shortly after an order is confirmed, we have established a strict window for any modifications to ensure efficiency and quality.
1. THE 12-HOUR MODIFICATION WINDOW
You have exactly 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or make changes to your order. This includes updates to:

Item Details: Size, color, or quantity.

Shipping Information: Recipient name or delivery address.
After this 12-hour timeframe, your order enters our production and packaging phase. Once production has commenced or the order has been handed over to our logistics partners, we are strictly unable to stop, refund, or modify it.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE
To ensure your request is handled within the eligible window, please contact us immediately:

3. CASES WHERE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
We cannot cancel or modify orders in the following scenarios:

Expired Window: Any request submitted after the initial 12-hour period.

In Production/Transit: Orders that have already been manufactured, packaged, or are currently in transit with the carrier.

Missing Quantity: If you forgot to add an item, please place a new, separate order. For security and system integrity, we cannot manually add items to an existing transaction.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY & LIABILITY
Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

Correction Period: Any address errors must be reported within the 12-hour window.

Late Corrections: After 12 hours, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. ZINPRINT is not responsible for failed deliveries, lost packages, or returns due to incorrect/incomplete addresses (e.g., missing APT/Suite numbers) provided by the buyer. No refunds or free replacements will be issued in these cases.
