Welcome to ZINPRINT. To ensure a secure and transparent shopping experience, we have established the following billing terms and conditions. By placing an order on zinprint.com, you agree to the payment practices described below.

1. GUARANTEED PRICING

  • Tax-Inclusive Prices: All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. You will not be charged any additional taxes beyond the final price shown at checkout.

  • Price Adjustments: ZINPRINT reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. However, the price you see at the moment of checkout is the final price for your transaction.

  • Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly in the ‘Total’ section of the Checkout page before you finalize your payment.

2. SECURE PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods to provide you with maximum flexibility and security:

5. ORDER AUTHORIZATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

  • Bank Authorization: In some cases, your bank may place a temporary hold on funds. ZINPRINT only captures the final payment once the order is confirmed.

6. BILLING DISPUTES & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations: Per our [Order Cancellation Policy], you have a 12-hour window to request a full refund if the order has not entered production.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.

  • Incorrect Billing: If you notice an error in your billing, please contact us immediately at support@zinprint.com so we can rectify the issue.

7. CURRENCY

All transactions on zinprint.com are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee according to their specific rates.
